So, apparently there is this new rule where developers cannot talk to players. Why is this a rule? I don't see the point of it. Isn't the goal to have more interaction with the community? Especially since the Developers are the ones that make the server? I might not be informed why this was a change but seriously, seems so counterintuitive.

it's an amazing change and this works the same way on cosmic. the staff members are there for a reason so if you want to get an idea or concern across let them know..

Developers need players to help find bugs. Like when Job used to play, he would ask players to do certain things that would help him understand the problem.

This is actually a good move due to a couple players trying to influence the developers and make decisions for them. The staff team is there to take the communities ideas and concerns and give them to the developers directly.

But then also if they would actually talk with everyone, they couldn't be influenced. That's what I meant.

I still think having a dev at the QnAs would be very nice. Having devs talk with the community is a step in the right driection

I think that it is stupid. I agree with you. Devs need to talk to us. It will help bring the community together and improve the server

That would work if the community for each realm was more than 3 factions. So one faction might pressure them more than others so they might feel more inclined to look at their points first.

The same could be applied to Managers if they relay the information. Also, they are Developers, they should be smart enough not to bias. Furthermore, they are trying to change the player base with the next reset.

Go back to old hoppers and Unclaimed bases and I'll be back

But with the new hopper system, you save alot of money in game because yo dont need to have that many chests and hoppers. Othink this is actually a good move.
